I bought a resale HDB in Singapore

I paid the deposit via PayNow minimum 100 dollars or 50 percent

The check here team arrived with both products ready to install
They took down the old wooden door carefully
Then they removed the old wrought iron gate
They fixed the new nyatoh door into the frame
Then they installed the new wrought iron gate
They made sure the door closes smoothly and the gate swings correctly
They added the new locks and copyrights
The job took half a day for both main door and gate
They cleaned up all the dust and debris before leaving
I did not have to lift a finger at all
They made sure I was happy with the lock and alignment
I checked that the gate closes smoothly without scraping the floor
No issues at all very satisfied
I paid the remaining balance via PayNow
One month has passed since installation
I am still very happy with my new main door and gate
The nyatoh plywood main door looks great
No squeaking no sticking just smooth operation
The wrought iron gate is very sturdy
No rust spots no fading after one month
Several neighbours asked where I got them done
I recommended them to my neighbours actually
The solid door blocks outside noise better than the old hollow one
The design matches the main door well
3 weeks felt a bit long but they warned me upfront
The showroom is appointment only so plan ahead
I read their warranty policy before buying
I make sure to be careful with my new door and gate
